COURT AND CAREER FUND

First Serve OKC Year Round students are eligible to apply for these funds, which will help them pursue either collegiate tennis or an internship with a First Serve OKC partner business.

COURT:

Funding for First Serve OKC students who are looking to pursue Collegiate Tennis.

 

Funds will be used to help cover tournament and training costs, travel and hotel costs, additional coaching, fitness, and equipment.

 

Applicable candidates will first meet with the Competitive Program Director before submitting an application. The application will include sharing their tournament and training schedules along with training recommendations from coaches.

 

The Young Professionals Council will review all applications and determine annual awards. The progress of recipients will be reviewed seasonally: fall, spring, and summer.

1 to 2 students will be chosen annually starting in 2025.

CAREER:

Funding for First Serve OKC High School students and graduates who are looking to pursue a paid internship with a First Serve OKC partner business.

 

Funds will be used to help cover the costs of internship transportation, training, and equipment.

 

Applicable candidates will submit an application outlining their goals and desires for an internship, along with recommendations from coaches and/or teachers.

 

The Young Professionals Council will review all applications and determine awards for the fall, spring, and summer sessions.

2 to 4 students will be chosen for fall, spring, or summer sessions starting in 2025.
